    Our Sales Department is run by Branch Manager Andrew Mathys, who has a sound knowledge of the area and has worked for Goadsby for approaching 9 years. He has a polite and proactive approach to selling property and will professionally guide you through the process. Freddie Hands runs our Lettings Department, and has a keen eye for detail. He will advise you on all aspects of preparing the property for marketing, as well as discussing our various management options with you, to see what suits you best.

    Joint Managing Director James Dennett and Residential Lettings Director Lynne Burton oversee our Winchester Sales and Lettings teams and have a wealth of experience between them, having worked with Goadsby in excess of 40 years.

    James joined Goadsby in 1989 operating in Residential Sales. He is responsible for running the company's Residential Land Division and our seven most Eastern sales offices and was promoted to Joint Managing Director (Residential) in 2018.
