    Chris Parkes - Director
    Chris has worked within the business since August 2000 spending the first 12 years of his agency career in Exeter. He has successfully managed two Exeter offices and has won numerous awards including a Managing Directors Award with a previous company. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has gained a NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Sales. Chris worked in the Dawlish branch of Fraser and Wheeler since 2011 and is now Managing the Exeter branch which opened in early 2016

    Sam Jarman - Senior Negotiator
    Sam joined the company in August 2017 after finishing his studies at Exeter College, he has a wealth of local knowledge as he was bought up in the local area. Sam re-joined the company in July 2020 as the Senior Negotiator at the Exeter Office after his travels in Australia. In his spare time he enjoys playing football and spending time with friends and family.

    Sarah Blackmore - Office Supervisor
    Sarah joined Fraser & Wheeler in August 2017 as the office administrator. Sarah has worked in the retail sector for well known company's for 22 years and prides herself in excellent customer service. Sarah grew up in St Thomas/Alphington areas so has a vast knowledge of the local area. In 2002 she and her husband moved to Spain where they owned their own business, they returned in 2006 as their family was growing. They now have two sons and love spending quality time with them, friends and family.

    Anita Lavis - Negotiator
    Anita joined Fraser & Wheeler in 2016 in the Exeter St Thomas branch as a sales Negotiator, she previously owned her own business with her husband so has a great set of skills and local knowledge. Anita has a real love for properties and owns numerous rentals in Exeter. In her spare time she enjoys walking, keeping fit and spending time with her family and friends.

    Amy Furzer - Negotiator
    Amy has lived in St Thomas for over 25 years so has superb local knowledge. She previously worked for Devon Youth Service for 15 years, teaching young people struggling with education and running youth clubs in the surrounding areas of Exeter. She also worked in Stokes Fruit and Vegetable shop for 10 years where she enjoyed meeting and helping the local people. Amy also knows a lot of the residents of Exeter through taking part in many local events such as playing darts and euchre and working in some of the public houses. She has recently joined the PTFA of Bowhill, as she loves helping out the local school and being part of the community.

    Rachel Hunt - Negotiator 
    Rachel joined our Exeter St Thomas office in February 2023 having started her career in estate agency nearly 10 years ago, gaining a wealth of experience. She has a real passion for the job and enjoys that no two sales are the same. Rachel has grown up in the Exeter area and now raises her two little girls here with her husband and in her spare time enjoys going out for family walks with their Cocker Spaniel and trying out new places to eat.
