    Established in 1987 by Duncan Yeardley, we have a strong track record of helping homeowners, landlords, buyers and tenants in the Ascot and Bracknell areas. Owner Nick Thring took over the business in 2012. Never standing still, we soon expanded to provide a full suite of letting services too with Helen, Nick's sister, and Charlotte, Nick's partner at the helm. A real family affair!

    From a team of just two, the company has grown significantly in recent years to boast a superb team of local property experts. And, we're not stopping there. In 2021 we expanded and now have an office in Ascot to help even more people with their home moves.

    We can strongly say our foundation for being local experts is solid. We're local residents who play an active part in the community and our children go to local schools. And we all love working at Duncan Yeardley! Several long-standing team members have been part of our story for many years and we always encourage progression, development and training so our people are the best they can be.

    With our great culture and work ethic, we always put our customers at the heart of what we do. We're lucky to have people who are genuinely passionate about property, and we're often complimented for going the extra mile. We hope to do that for you too! We combine our strong traditional values with a progressive vision and cutt ing-edge technology, to ensure that we always deliver the best result for our clients.

    Nick Thring - Managing Director
    Nick started his career as an estate agent in Bracknell after leaving school back in 1990. After taking over ownership of Duncan Yeardley in 2012, he has been ambitiously working hard to develop the business. He lives locally with his wife Charlotte, who also works for DY, and their two children.

    Adele Buck - Sales Manager
    Adele has worked within a sales environment for many years and was a Branch Manager for a corporate estate agency prior to joining Duncan Yeardley, gaining an excellent understanding of the property sales process and helping people move. She has lived locally for most of her life, apart from three years spent living and working in Munich, Germany. Adele's son, Oskar arrived in 2019 and certainly keeps his parents busy outside of work, when they enjoy days out and travel.

    Rob Mann - Senior Sales Consultant
    Rob is a local, dedicated family man who loves a walk in Swinley Forest with his little gang! Wife Emma, children Harvey and Sofia, and of course Flo - the Cockapoo! Rob is a Type One Diabetic, and in treating it and learning to live with it over the years, he has developed a love of cookery. It has also prompted him to undertake a PT qualification as a way to help others who fall foul of diabetes.

    Samantha Pryce - Senior Sales Consultant
    Samantha has gained a rich tapestry of experience in both sales and lettings during her years in the property industry, working for both independent and corporate agents. Before her estate agency ventures, she worked in the entertainment industry in China as a voice actress and singer. Samantha lives with her family, which includes four lovely children who she relishes spending time with, alongside her love of cooking, singing, and learning languages and music production.

    Helen Thring - Marketing & Operations Manager
    Helen is Nick's sister and she successfully set up and established our Lettings Department back in 2013. Having spent much of her career prior to DY working in marketing, Helen now heads up our Marketing & Operations department. This suits her organisational skills and keen eye for detail perfectly! She loves taking long walks with her Labrador Finn and when time permits, travelling and visiting new places around the globe.

    Hannah Stinga - Senior Lettings Manager
    Hannah started her career in estate agency at the age of 19 working in Maidenhead and has more than 20 years' experience in all aspects of Lettings. Outside of work she likes to keep active, is a keen traveller and loves spending time with family and friends.

    Jessica Schofield - Assistant Lettings Manager
    Jessica started her career in estate agency at the age of 17, working in Reading, London and Bracknell and has experience in all aspects of Lettings. Friendly and personable, she is happy to help clients and enjoys creating new relationships. Away from work she loves spending time with family and friends but most importantly, online shopping!

    Michelle Bonnett - Property Manager
    Michelle has worked in property management for 15 years, originally dealing with Block Management. Prior to that she worked as a long haul stewardess for British Airways for 13 years. Away from work Michelle loves to travel, stay fit and walk her dog, Pebbles!
