Dragonfly Lettings is the evolution of 3 strong local estate agency brands which combine to form a network of 7 offices; 1 being the home to Dragonfly Lettings, the central hub for lettings.

Our History

On 4th January 2004, hammondlee established its first sales office in Dereham, quickly becoming a leading independent agent. A decision was made in 2009 to add a lettings department, with further expansion in sales and lettings leading to a second branch opening in Attleborough. Our third branch was launched in Wymondham in 2011, completing the network.

Opportunities arose in 2016 for hammondlee to acquire the prestigious brand Stratfords of Eaton Ltd; with branches in Eaton, Hethersett and Norwich, as well as House Revolution; one of the forefathers of the online estate agency boom.

Today

All lettings operations are now being handled by our newest venture, Dragonfly Lettings, which in July 2017 moved to new purpose built premises in Cringleford on the outskirts of Norwich. As an ARLA qualified agent, Glen Hammond and the lettings team manage the day to day running ensuring the delivery of exceptional standards of customer service.
