Dean Estate Agents are what we call 'A proper family business' and are owned and operated by Allan, Sarah Jack & Isabelle Wasley.
Allan is a well-known local Estate Agent, who has served the region for many, many years with vast property experience and comprehensive industry knowledge. Allan commenced his property career at The Land Registry back in the mid 80's and his Estate Agency work commenced in 1990, his first managerial role being for Halifax Property Services in Coleford, one of the youngest Managers at The Halifax Estate Agency.
Allan has built a strong foundation of honesty and integrity, with the invaluable support of his wife Sarah who plays an active role in the business together with son and daughter Jack & Isabelle. In Fact, Sarah has been involved with Estate Agency since 1992 when Allan & Sarah married.
Allan Wasley - overall management of the business ensuring all of our colleagues have the relevant training and equipment to work effectively for our clients. Supporting all heads of departments on a daily basis and cover when needed. Meeting great people, achieving deadlines and giving great service to customers and our team make my perfect day.
Sarah Wasley - takes care of all personnel matters, Health & Safety, compliance requirements and all budgeting matters along with wages and accounts. Sarah also supports all staff with any personnel matters. Just like the qualities I bring, it's our team's commitment to put you first and treat you as an individual while meeting your needs.
Jack Wasley - is the Branch Manager of our Coleford office and has developed our business to both suit the modern age and also retaining our traditional features. Jack (also known as Ron!!) will conduct the property appraisals, viewings and oversee all property sales originating from the Coleford Office. Jack also has a passion for helping his colleagues in all offices and departments achieve there goals and training needs.
Isabelle Wasley - is responsible for ensuring our Tenants and Landlords meet their financial obligations, paying rent on time and issuing statements to clients when needed. Izzy's eyes are on every penny of rents and deposits. Count on her to be calm and meticulous with all aspects of admin, training and support for the team. Isabelle (or Izzy) also takes care of the social media posts, staff awards and compliance tasks.
Sharon Vickers - responsible for the successful operating of our Cinderford office. Sharon has been in Estate Agency since the 80's and seen many, many changes to the way that we sell property. R Sha (as we and hundreds of others call her) is probably one of the calmest and motivated Estate Agents you will meet. A sincere yet professionally charged member of our team who day after day makes life a little easier for our clients.
Jenna Baldwin - Lettings Manager for the whole area we operate in. Jenna heads up our Residential & Commercial Lettings Dpt with her colleagues with a whole wealth of experience in the Lettings world. With a keen eye on efficiency and putting in the extra mile, Jenna looks after our clients with the very best service levels you would expect from an efficient business. Jenna keeps our Landlords in touch with all of the latest and ever changing legislation matters in order to maintain an acceptable tenancy.
Our colleagues are trusted, hard working local folk. Some of which we have known for years and years. Owners of business might think they can do it all themselves, but we/they can't and we rely upon our colleagues to step up and enjoy their work.

In 2023, Dean Estate Agents and Arden Estates (Sales) Lydney Branch joined forces to create a stronger and more comprehensive estate agency service in the region. The merger embraces the expertise, resources and networks of both agencies to better serve our valued clients and the local community.
