  From our initial valuation meeting (over an hour on a bank holiday weekend) until we completed our sale we have been incredibly impress with the dedication and professionalism of the brickworks team. You were the only agency to completely understand the potentially tricky issue of the payment for the works being done (so we think we got the highest offer by using Brickworks). In addition it was a pleasure to deal with you all throughout the process. The marketing / photos were excellent which led to the number of viewings (always considerately and conveniently arranged) and subsequent offers being so many more and higher than we anticipated. The guidance, reassurance and at times a person to vent to (Andy!) from acceptance of offer to completion was excellent. This is usually the stage in the process when you don't hear from your estate agent! Having people who clearly understand the conveyancing process was also invaluable. Sadly we probably won't be able to instruct you again but we will certainly recommend you highly to all our friends who are looking to sell in London!
