All the work is completed by fully qualified time served trades men. All operatives undergo a company induction to include a CRB check, asbestos awareness, face fit, manual handling, working at heights and CSCS training. Along with matching qualifications to the job in hand such as NVQ’s, PASMA and ACS gas qualifications.

Efficiency
On all projects a site Forman is placed in charge of overseeing the day to day operations of the site. This is closely monitored by the project supervisor/s and managers. We work closely with the client to tailor all working practices to best suit their individual needs. We operate an open door policy with clients and employees across the board, so as to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to liaise.

Reliability
Communication is the key word here and we work hard to ensure we deliver a good job by keeping people informed and updated.We believe that good quality management should be instinctive and be ingrained within the company ethos. At Brenden Fern Ltd it is passed down from the office managers through supervisors and Forman to the on-site operatives, making everyone involved with each part of the task responsible for ensuring all work is completed to the highest levels of quality.

Experience
Having been accredited with Chas, Gas Safe, Federation of Master Builders, NAPIT and Watermark all of which require a systems and process based approach ,we ensure that all on site work is carried out to meet the stringent requirements of the various schemes.
