    Selling a property has never been easier when Bond Oxborough Phillips is here to assist you every step of the way. Once you have instructed us to sell your home we will create a high quality brochure with a full range of photos and description of the property. Once the brochure has been approved your property will then appear in our office windows and will be launched on a variety of online portals for example Rightmove and Zoopla. As a team we want you to feel comfortable and stress free when your house is on the market, we can accompany all viewings or alternatively arrange a suitable time with yourself to show people your home. Monitoring your property performance on the market is something we feel strongly about. We provide feedback on all viewings and suggest how we can improve your chances of going under offer.

    Once an offer is received we will always put this forward to you immediately. All offers are verified and the applicants financial situation and property status is checked. Once a price is agreed and you are happy to proceed, we will send out the Memorandum of sale to all parties, at this point our team of dedicated sales progressors will take responsibly and will continue to drive the sale forward. Our sales progression department will ensure that you are kept up to date every step of the way and are always willing to answer the phone and provide you with any information you require. We at Bond Oxborough Phillips are always prepared to go the extra mile e.g. chasing searches, surveys, draft papers, mortgage offers etc.

    Once both solicitors are satisfied with the answers to all enquiries you will then sign the contracts and confirm the completion date.

    At any time during this process, if you have any queries at all, we are only just a call away and will be happy to answer any questions asked.

We have invested heavily and our mailing lists are ever evolving. potential buyers are contacted and sent a sample of properties on a day to day basis in order for us to keep in contact and build a relationship with them. it will also allow us to really come to terms with what they are looking for. Our office are networked and therefore benefit from access to buyers who have registered at any of our nine offices.

    When your property is made live with us we will email and phone around to any potential buyers to try and get viewings within the first few days of marketing.

    The thriving market town of Barnstaple offers both modern conveniences and traditional charm and quaint narrow streets. There is the old pannier market as well as modern shopping centres with many major chain stores as well as locally run businesses.

    Barnstaple has a college of higher education, secondary and primary schools. The Tarka line train station gives access to the City of Exeter, whilst the A361 North Devon link road connects to the M5 motorway.

    There is an impressive 13th Century bridge which spans the river Taw. The town has an approximate population of 28,000 and has its own hospital, well equipped leisure centre, museum, library, theatre and cinema. Popular villages nearby include Instow, Braunton and Croyde with Exmoor National Park a short car journey away.

    NEIL PHILLIPS - Partner
    Neil is one of the founding partners of the business. He grew up in Bideford, where he attended Grenville College. After a period working for an independent estate agent in Exeter, he returned to Bideford and established Bond Oxborough Phillips with business partners Christopher Bond and Peter Oxborough. Neil has gained a broad knowledge of the estate agency business, particularly the Bideford property market where he has been based for over 20 years. With a strong desire to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure the company continues to be the market leader, Neil is always looking for ways to develop the business further and to meet the expectations and challenges of today's house sellers and buyers. He is married to Dawn and has four children.

    DAWN PHILLIPS - Partner
    Dawn relocated to Bideford in 2002 from Surrey where she had enjoyed a successful sales career within a large international technology company. Whilst working within the computer industry she had the opportunity to travel to many different countries working for extended periods in locations such as Brussels and Colorado, it was during such visits that she developed a desire to make a permanent home in a coastal location and fell in love with the North Devon coastline and varied properties.Since joining the company in 2009 Dawn has worked across several of our offices gaining valuable knowledge of our various geographies. Her interest in people and property has led to a successful career in estate agency. Outside of work Dawn, her husband Neil and their four children spend many hours enjoying the local burrows and coastal walks with their dogs.
