Austin and Wyatt are situated in the High Street in the village of Lyndhurst, which is known as the capital of the New Forest. The office deals with all types of property within a 10 mile radius, which includes the whole of the New Forest and surrounding villages.

The village is well located being within 4 miles of Junction 1 of the M27 Motorway, providing a fast link to London. There are main line railway stations located at Ashurst within approximately 4 miles and Brockenhurst. Directions: If travelling from London, take the M3 onto the M27. Turn off at Junction 1 signposted to Cadnam and Lyndhurst. On reaching the roundabout, turn right into the A337 Romsey Road. Continue for approximately 4 miles, and on reaching the traffic lights at the centre of Lyndhurst, turn left into the High Street and Austin and Wyatt's office will be found approximately 75 yards along on the left. There is a public car park, which can be accessed directly off the High Street on the right hand side.
