Hills Estate Agents was originally started in 1987 as Shirley Hill and Co from the current premises in Foregate Street. The company quickly became recognised as a market leader in property sales and rentals. The business became synonymous for offering a wealth of local knowledge and experience for many clients over the years.

Building upon this success, the decision was taken in 2008 to change direction and the Residential Sales and Lettings Divisions of the Company were transferred to new ownership.
