In 2021 we celebrated the opening of our Littlehampton office in 1971. The last 50 years has flown by and seen many changes in the housing market, however we are proud to have remained a family run, totally independent business, with four generations, of the name "Butt" working within the offices. Hawke & Metcalfe was formed in 2003 when Nick Hawke and Greg Metcalfe took over the premises of a well established local Estate Agent.
