Since our beginning, we have specialised in the management and letting of both Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and single-let properties. Our journey began in 2020 when our director, Ryan, undertook the refurbishment of his own single-let property, followed by the successful development of a 7-bedroom HMO. After this achievement, Ryan expanded the business to offer professional management and lettings services to other investors.
