Unlocking urban potential - We’re a regeneration company based on partnership. We work with local councils, landowners and communities to create great places, bringing together investment, regeneration expertise and long-term commitment to shape our towns and cities for the better.

Who we are - ECF is a partnership between Homes England, the government’s new homes accelerator, Legal & General investments and the nationwide placemaker, Muse.

Our Purpose - We came together to unlock urban potential, delivering area-wide and long-term regeneration projects which create meaningful change for communities. Since 2001, we’ve delivered some of the country’s most complex and successful new places in cities including Liverpool, London, Plymouth and Salford.

Transforming places - We transform underused urban sites into genuine new communities. Our places are now home to homeowners and renters, blue chip companies, independent businesses, ambitious entrepreneurs and community organisations all working and living side by side.

Creating neighbourhoods - It’s much more than mixed-use regeneration, we’re creating authentic urban neighbourhoods that local authorities and communities can be proud of.
