Allison Homes Group Limited is the holding company for a number of companies, including Allison Homes Limited, Allison Homes Norfolk and Suffolk Limited, Allison Homes SW Limited, Allison Homes South West Homes Limited, Southfield Business Park Limited, Hawksmead Limited and Swift Homes Limited.

As a group we strive to conduct business honestly and responsibly. We instruct employees to avoid any activity that is improper or could be seen as improper. We have a zero tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and will take any instances of such activities, whether amongst employees or associated third parties, extremely seriously.

Our commitment to ethics and integrity includes not allowing any of the businesses to be used for illicit purposes. Although our business is not as exposed to money laundering risk as some, it is recognised that the residential property market may be more exposed than many other industries and we remain vigilant. We have processes in place to know our customers and we encourage employees or other interested parties to bring any suspicions forward, for the benefit of themselves any of the companies.
