    We greatly value our tenants and work with them to ensure all of our client's properties are maintained and looked after to an excellent standard. Our friendly and approachable manner ensures that any issue is rectified quickly and efficiently. Our tenants will never have to pay any administration fees....ever!

    We offer an emergency out of hours contact service for maintenance and have reliable and conscientious trades people working with us for all maintenance issues.

    Our deposits are registered with a third party (Safe Deposits Scotland) in line with government legislation and all of our managed properties follow strict legislative advice with regards to valid safety certification including gas, electrical and legionella's safety. We will not allow any tenants to move into a property without valid certificates in place ensuring their safety is paramount.

    David Brooker - Managing Director
    David has been involved within the lettings and sales industry since 1999 originally working for a subsidiary of Nationwide Building Society before branching out on his own when he set up and established ProBrook Properties at the beginning of 2011. Whilst working for Nationwide, David had responsibility for managing large portfolios of residential investment properties not just within Glasgow, but also within Aberdeen, Edinburgh and London. This saw him gain extensive knowledge within the industry throughout Scotland. When he isn't working, David enjoys spending time with his wife and children and most aspects of socialising including cinema, eating out and keeping fit. He is a keen sportsman and regularly plays football. When he has any spare time, he tries to enjoy the pain and suffering of watching his team, West Ham United!

    Emma Park - Letting & Sales Team Manager
    Emma began working within the lettings and sales industry in 2014. Prior to this, Emma worked within the utilities industry for many years and left to undertake her honours degree. Emma then worked within the banking industry while undertaking her studies .Following completion of her honours degree, Emma joined ProBrook Properties as she has always had a keen interest in property. Emma has developed many skills during her time with ProBrook and has benefited from David's experience and training whilst bringing excellent customer service, organisation and administrative skills to the role. When Emma is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Emma enjoys socialising, cinema and swimming with her children.

      I first came across David Brooker of ProBrook Properties in July 2013 while browsing the Internet and am delighted that what had been a chance discovery has become so beneficial to me. The depressed housing market in 2013 resulted in me reluctantly having to accept the part-exchange of a flat in Glasgow, with the urgent need to let it at a good rate for a year or two. It was with amazing speed that David found our first tenant and, since the end of their lease, a second one (at an increased rental rate). His contacts with other landlords even enabled him to arrange for my flat to be fully furnished at minimal cost with furniture discarded from another flat. Monthly accounting is routine and well documented, with rental payments received promptly into my account. He has arranged for a minor repair to kitchen equipment without me having to do anything.
