For us, there are quite a few features that set it apart from other one bedroom apartments. Firstly, the open plan sitting room and the kitchen is a great size and works perfectly for entertaining guests. In the kitchen you'll find AEG integrated appliances which include a fridge/freezer, washing machine and a full sized dishwasher. The underfloor heating throughout is a great feature. The bedroom is a great size and offers a good amount of space for storage too. The bathroom is finished to high a standard with Porcelenosa tiles and fittings. There is also a large storage cupboard in the entrance hall.

Location

The Gatehouse offers a superb central location with everything you need just a stones throw away. The Orchards shopping centre and the shops on South Road are just around the corner, whilst you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars along The Broadway as you make your way down to Haywards Heath station, which is within a mile of the apartment. Trains to London Bridge and Victoria are under an hour and Brighton within 20 minutes, perfect for commuters. The countryside is not far from your front door, National Trust facilities are located locally at Wakehurst Place and Nymans Gardens, with Sheffield Park less than 15 minutes by road. Pretty villages surround the town and include Lindfield, Cuckfield, Ardingly and Wivelsfield Green. Brighton can be found 15 miles to the south, whilst a short drive north takes you to Crawley, London Gatwick and the A/M23.
