We just this week finished another renovation.  parking available behind house or in side the back gate for free.  Cleaning will be provided for the common area on a sporadic basis. With 6 in the house - it is important you clean up after yourselves. 

The House is unique - it has been an AirB&B for a year so it is high standard, all beds have new soft toppers for comfort, all bedding is included Pillows, Duvet, Sheets, toppers, mattress protectors, towels, starter kit of soaps. There is shared Living room, Kitchen and Dining area - the kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, Dish washer, Washing Machine, Microwave, 2 fridges, a storage cabinet for each person, ironing board & Iron, Vacuum, pans, cutlery, china, glasses, kettle, a stock of cleaning supplies and a stock of free food - just like you would find in an AirB&B. Sharing a room is not allowed - this is against licensing regulations - friends can visit but not stay over more than once a week. 

All bills included for students- Wifi, Water, Gas & Electric - Gas and Elec has a cap of  10 Sterling per person per week. for Working professionals you will need to share the cost of council tax which is about 153 per month, students get a Council Tax exemption from the Uni and give this to the Council so you wont pay this tax. 

Rooms - after reserving pending signing the contract, credit and reference checks, right to rent in UK checks and payment of a deposit needs to be done. If you have a good credit reference you may be able to apply to pay insurance instead of the deposit - please search OpenRent for this option.
