The Cottage is situated within 30 yards of The Parade on Parkgate front, and a short walk to Parkgate’s choice of pubs and restaurants including Nicholls and Parkgate Ice Cream shops, The Ship, The Boat House, Mr Chows, Elephant bar and lounge and The Red Lion. The towns of Heswall and Neston are both nearby which offer a comprehensive range of services for everyday needs including supermarkets, local shops, pubs, restaurants, doctors and dentists surgeries as well as a number of high street banks.

There are buses for the majority which either go through Parkgate or close by.

COMMUNICATIONS

Liverpool and Chester are both within easy commuting distance as is Manchester via the M56 and for travel further afield there is a sub 2 hour rail service from Chester to London Euston via Crewe. DESCRIPTION

The Cottage is a period property constructed of brick with rendered elevations and some decorative timber cladding beneath a pitched slate roof, together with a single storey side extension which has a felt roof. The space is large for a dwelling of the proportions of The Cottage.

DIRECTIONS

To reach the property from the direction of Neston proceed past Neston Cricket Club continuing down to The Parade. Continue along the front for a short distance passing The Ship Hotel. Nicholls ice cream shop is immediately afterwards following sharply by Little Lane. Turn into the lane, and The Cottage is the first entrance on the left hand side.
