We think the home is one of the most beautiful on this new estate, situated on a very quiet cul-de sac with plenty of space around. We love the woods and countryside surrounding the estate, perfect for a walk or bike ride. Nearby paths makes for easy access to the shops, parks and local schools (Edgbarrow, Crowthorne CofE, Wildmoor Heath). We are also very close to Bracknell, Camberley, and not far from Reading.
The house itself has bright, modern bricks and an attractive symmetrical front, and the side-by-side parking at the front of the house is ideal. The spacious entrance hall sets the tone for the high-quality feel throughout the house, beautifully neutrally decorated, and requiring no investment but offering plenty of potential. We especially love the spacious family kitchen, which has plenty of storage and room to move around freely. From the kitchen you can easily access the patio doors that open onto a west-facing walled garden, which makes for easy gardening, a patio where you can sit, relax or play, and a gate which opens out to the side garden. Having lived here for four years, we’ve truly enjoyed everything this home and area have to offer, and we are only moving due to our growing family.

We love this development because it is easy and convenient to get around. It is situated at the end of a small cul de sac and is peaceful and quiet. As you approach the home, you have two allocated parking bays, directly outside the property. Additional visitor bays also make parking hassle-free for you and your guests. Step inside and you are greeted with a bright and airy entrance hall with useful storage areas. To one side of the home, there is a large lounge which offers a dual aspect. The other has the open plan kitchen and dining area, enhanced by large windows and elegant French doors leading onto the private garden.
Upstairs, you will find three well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts an en suite shower room and offers space for storage options. Bedroom two is a good size double and offers a built-in storage cupboard and room for further storage. Finally, there is a third single bedroom which could also be used for a home office. A modern family bathroom completes the upper floor.

Cricket Field Grove is a modern development ideally located within walking distance of the Village High Street with its variety of local independent shops, eateries and pubs to choose from. This home is also within easy reach of acres of woodland with Swinley Forest being on the doorstep. Crowthorne is well known for its schools and this one falls within the catchment of the popular Edgbarrow Secondary School.
