A door to the side of the front door gives access to external storage cupboard for bins etc., and also houses the electric meter and water tap. The rear garden is mainly gravelled with panelled fencing surrounding with pedestrian gate to rear. There is an allocated parking space in front of the property and a garage in an opposite block with up-and-over door.
