The marketing and event programme for Leeds Dock is funded by the tenant promotional charge, which is currently £1.10 psf.

The fund is used to animate the public realm with an exciting array of experiences and activities across the calendar year for workers, residents, and visitors to enjoy.

Highlights include large, outdoor, art installations by renowned artists such as Liz West and Luke Jerram, the delivery of high-profile events in conjunction with Leeds City Council that garner national media coverage such as Light Night, as well as unique opportunities for open water swimming in partnership with NOWCA.

The fund also covers the provision of estate-wide promotional services that includes wayfinding, signage, brand marketing, e-newsletters, website listings, press releases and social media content.

The core objectives of the tenant promotional charge are to drive footfall and digital engagement and ultimately create a vibrant, community-focussed destination in the heart of Leeds.
