This marvellous villa, located in the renowned residential context ofArenzano's Pineta was entirely designed by the well-known architect,
urban planner and designer Luigi Caccia Dominioni, whose rationalism is oriented towards well-building and the concept of durability and eclecticism we find in the purpose of the work: solidity, durability, and elegance.

The sober and minimal yet innovative lines, the sense of measure and the rare as well as perfect formal balance merge elegantly in the sinuous and curved lines of the ceilings, and in the circular matrices that return in almost every room of this splendid property.

Access to the villa through a private gate leads to the entrance hall with a checkroom, which opens symmetrically with an enchanting view of the garden and the spacious living room, with large windows overlooking the greenery.

Next to it, we find a study area with design details, the dining room overlooking the porch terrace and the wonderful outdoor dining area, the large office with custom-made closets and the kitchen, also open to the outdoor space and the barbecue area.

Descending the stairs instead leads to the beautiful master bedroom, which enjoys absolute privacy from the rest of the house. The bed is placed in a dedicated area with a domed ceiling and a window designed ah-hoc to be
able to admire the sea even while lying down.

The other two windows in the room, one next to the reading area and the other accessing the garden, both enjoy lovely views of the greenery and the sea.

Completing the master suite is a walk-in closet lined with charming period upholstery and a windowed bathroom with a tub.
