Days Lettings are excited to bring to the market these luxury studios situated in Wingfield House, in the heart of Portsmouth.

Wingfield House is a step forward in student accommodation, and is conveniently situated at the gateway to Portsmouth, a few minutes walk from the town centre and the University Campus, offering students large soundproofed studios.

There are four different studio types to choose from; classic, deluxe, superior and luxury. Studio sizes range from 19-21m2 - 30m2.

All studios come with an en-suite and a kitchen. The kitchens include a built in microwave, fan assisted ovens, fridge with freezer compartment and a two ring electric hob. Studios are furnished with a wardrobe and storage, desk and lamp, desk chair, kitchen stool, standard double bed with memory foam mattress and wood slat blinds. Wi-Fi is provided in each studio at a speed of 30 MB.

Wingfield House provides excellent in-house facilities, including 24-hour concierge, a large state of the art ground floor gym, five club rooms for informal relaxation which includes comfy seating, desk space and flat screen TV's. There are laundry rooms throughout the building which include washing machines and tumble dryers, which can be used free of charge.

The building also offers a cinema room, a yoga room with soft wood flooring, an internal bike store and a club lounge with seating areas and a pool table.

We are now taking reservations for September 2024. Viewings are also welcome now!
