Ryanair passengers can largely expect to reach property in France on time, figures suggestFlights to property in France with Ryanair are still more than likely to arrive on time, according to the latest travel statistics update from the airline.

As part of its continuing commitment to transparency, Ryanair has issued figures for July 2010 on complaints and arrival times.

While its record has worsened slightly in some categories, the airline argues that it is still providing Europe's best level of customer service to travellers.

For instance, the number of complaints relating to baggage has almost halved, from 0.7 per 1,000 passengers to 0.37.

Complaints in general have risen only slightly, from 0.67 to 0.73 per 1,000 travellers in July of 2009 and 2010 respectively.

Arrival times are still largely as planned, with 78 per cent of all flights landing promptly on schedule, down from 85 per cent in 2009.

Ryanair flies to a number of French airports, including Bergerac, providing access to property in France's Dordogne region.
