The last 50 years has flown by and seen many changes in the housing market, however we are proud to have remained a family run, totally independent business, with four generations, of the name "Butt" working within the offices. Today the business is run by my son David, Managing Director and Gill Cox, Director, who have worked with me for nearly 25 years.

Our four local offices in Littlehampton, Rustington, East Preston and Angmering, cover both sales and lettings. The McGregor family have owned & run Littlehampton office for the last 12 years. Dave is the Director and Trish, Dave's wife, works in the business as a negotiator. Laura their daughter is involved property management and administration.

As residents of Littlehampton we have an extensive knowledge of the local area. if you are new to Littlehampton here is an overview of what it has to offer. Littlehampton is a seaside resort with a pleasant, family atmosphere. The beach is blue flag listed with a small leisure port that vessels come to from all of the UK and Europe. The Baird s Farm shop is popular in the area - a multi-award winning family run business, selling local meat and a range of homemade bread and cakes. Nearby East Preston is another sea front village, popular with retired people. Rustington is the largest village in England with many shops & restaurants. The beach is a pleasant walk away. There is good access to A27 & A259 which links residents to Chichester, Portsmouth, Worthing and Brighton.

Arundel is a historic market town surrounded by woodland. Arundel Castle & the cathedral are major points of interest, it was famously the seat of The Dukes of Norfolk. Set in 40 acres of sweeping grounds and gardens it is one of the great treasure houses of England. Arundel also has many top quality restaurants and an annual music festival which attracts top artists. It’s close to the renowned Goodwood race track which holds the festival of speed, the world’s largest car event. Goodwood race course is close by home of the famous Glorious Goodwood race meeting over 5 days in late July, early August.
