      We then look at your timescales, the demand in the area and how much you need to walk away with to make it right for you. Once we've done all that we discuss a marketing price that works for you.

      We'll advise on how best to present the property. Does the bathroom need a lick of paint now the kids have moved out? Is it worth refurbishing after the tenant has left? All these questions can be discussed and we'll make sure you know how best to present your property to the buyers we have looking.

      Once we have found a buyer you'll have regular contact on the progress, with direct phone numbers to the people you have already got to know who are working to get your property through to completion.
