    It is crucial that when you are ready to market your property everything is in place and ready to go.

    We arrange a convenient time to measure and take internal and external photographs of your property. We can also arrange for professional floor plans to be done and make arrangements for an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) to be produced if one is not already available. Once approved by yourself, the details are launched onto the internet, so if an interested buyer sees them they can arrange a viewing through ourselves as your Sole Agent.

    Property details will be emailed and sent in the post to all potential buyers who will have already been registered by ourselves as looking for such a property as yours. Our sales team will also contact them by phone to encourage viewings and potential sales.
