    Matthew lives in the Buckinghamshire village of Long Crendon. He enjoys bodyboarding, stand up paddle boarding, ocean kayaking, shooting and has a passion for rugby, attending matches at either Twickenham or the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on a regular basis.

    Ben has recently joined Fisher German as part of the Banbury Residential Agency Team, after 14 years in the industry in both London and more recently South Northamptonshire. After growing up locally it was the natural move, after spending a decade in South West London.

    Working in a variety of different markets and areas, Ben has great experience with multiple styles of Real Estate, ranging from quaint cottages, town houses and small holdings all the way through to larger residences and manor houses.Ben prides himself on his honest advice, great customer service and a 'can-do', positive attitude to achieve the very best for his clients.

    Living in the countryside with his family, he has a keen interest in walking (joined by his loyal Clumber Spaniel, Poppy) outdoor cooking, and enjoying all sports. At the weekend you'll find him hosting family and friends for a BBQ and enjoying the Rugby, Cricket or Football.

    Louise started in the property business over a decade ago as a viewing assistant in Aylesbury. She has progressed over the 10 years to become a well established sales executive working on a wide range of properties in various areas. Louise has spent the last six years selling in Wendover where she gained solid knowledge of local and national developers, the HS2 and of course selling properties in the second-hand market. Louise is an ambitious and driven individual.

    Louise moved her young family to Thame a few years ago, and it was a natural progression to find the top agent and get a job selling locally. She has real passion for people and properties of any age and is keen to continue her successful career at Fisher German.

    Alison is a valued member of the Banbury Agency Team and enjoys working with a wide variety of residential properties, including village and country homes and also bespoke new builds. Alison is involved with sales from the initial instruction, agreeing sales and then maintaining close liaison between purchasers and vendors until exchange and completion have taken place. She is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. 

    Alison lives with her husband in a village near Banbury. Her time is taken up with shouting on the terrace at Northampton Saints Rugby Club, catching up with friends and gardening.

    Matthew head's up the National Country Agency Team (NCAT) focusing on the sale of high quality Country houses, Farms and Estates across multiple counties across the country. He is responsible for generating and coordinating the sale of high quality individual properties. This involves producing marketing initiatives and strategies to promote the properties and Fisher German as a leading village residential and rural property agent. 

    With over 17 years of professional experience as a RICS qualified chartered surveyor and valuer he has built a reputation for giving exceptional advice to his clients especially in advising on complex country sales. 

    During his time at Fisher German he has been involved in all aspects of rural professional work and has most recently lead the South Central Agency team across the Banbury, Thame and Bedford offices for a number of years but is now focused on the high end property market.

    Ella's role entails creating a national profile for the Fisher German New Homes Team which specialises in providing a comprehensive New Homes sales and marketing service.

    Working in collaboration with our colleagues in the National Development Team and benefiting from the support and specialist knowledge from our nine residential offices, the New Homes Team provides expert advice on land appraisals, development unit mix and design, pricing and local and national market conditions.

    In addition, the New Homes Team deal with a variety of sales from individual bespoke properties to large strategic developments. This multi-sector collaborative approach means that Fisher German provide a full circle service, from identifying strategic development opportunities, planning consultancy, disposing of the site and selling the new homes on behalf of our developer clients.

    Ella is a driven and ambitious individual who has valuable experience within the New Homes sector and presently looks after New Homes sales in Cheshire and Oxfordshire and virtually all counties in between.
