Armitstead Barnett's Land and Development department is widely recognised as one of the leading experts in the North West with skills, experience and expertise across the board. It's not something we 'bolt on' to everything else, it is a dedicated service in its own right.

We guide clients through the land development process from start to finish and as an independent agency we work directly the client. This means we act for the landowner, not the developer, so we do not take fees from developers. Developers will often cover the seller's fees so we always work to secure that.

With some team members coming from the developer side, we have the inside track on sale of development opportunities, expertise in negotiating option agreements and promotion agreements as well as land assembly and value apportionments.
