Managed by the three business owners, Samuel Dey, Ben King and Ketz Haria and supported by an experienced local team of property agents, the company have two offices in Cassiobury and Rickmansworth High Street.

DKH specialise in selling unique properties throughout Hertfordshire, from Country Houses, Modern Architectural Masterpieces and Period Homes.

Established in 2013, Dey King & Haria Estate Agents, is a new Estate Agents providing a comprehensive service to their customers including Sales, Lettings and Management within Watford and surrounding areas.

The three directors - Sam Dey, Ben King and Ketz Haria - came together last year with a joint idea of what an Estate Agency should be like. All three became friends quickly whilst working together in North London and their ideas began to manifest into something more concrete. After spending the past year collecting market research from the residents of Watford and Rickmansworth they have evolved what was once just an idea, into what they now believe is exactly what the local market expects from it's Estate Agents. A simple, honest, personable and professional service combining the highest quality of marketing and qualified, accredited, trustworthy advice and guidance.
