Our client predominately works within the commercial sector and is the preferred printer for ISS Facilities Management Company providing over 450 schools with temperature log books, hygiene forms and training booklets. Other key clients include the Pizza Express Group who task our client with all printing needs for 24 main London based restaurants including full printing requirements for menus, promotion leaflets etc.

Current workload is from a main list of 10 and from referrals only, there is no online orders which would add to current orders.

Our client also takes work from smaller high street printers such as ‘Prontaprint’ who maybe too small to carry out larger printing orders.

All work undertaken is payment on order at the moment. However, any new buyer may want to adopt a 30 day invoice payment period to attract additional clients.

Our client is developing a new comprehensive website, which will be going live in November and will be included in the sale.

Star Print currently only run on a daytime shift with a 100,000 leaflet printing capacity. We believe the business could easily double current turnover by introducing a night-time printing shift team, very popular in similar sized printers.

Digital printing is currently outsourced, but any new buyer may want to add this into the list of printing services on offer.

Our client is happy to offer an agreed handover period to assist with the smooth transition of ownership.
