DIRECTIONS FROM SHREWSBURY
At the Battlefield roundabout on the northern Shrewsbury by-pass at the junction of the A49 and A53 take the A53 north east towards Shawbury/Market Drayton. Continue for about 10 miles (passing through Shawbury village) and turn left at the first roundabout signposted Hodnet/Marchamley. Proceed into Hodnet village and turn left just after The Bear Inn signposted for Whitchurch and Marchamley. Continue for just over 1 mile into Marchamley village. Turn left at a grassed island and turn immediately ahead into the private road signed Hawkstone Hall. Follow this drive for approx 1 mile and the property lies ahead.

Tenure

The Estate is freehold and is offered for sale with vacant possession, subject to two Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST's) of the cottages and a licence of part of the agricultural land which expires on the 31 December 2012. The Trustees solicitors have applied to Register the Title.
