The back door of the property opens on to Quaker Gardens, to the front of the property is Bunill Fields burial ground and the Artillery Arms pub.
This has been our family home for over twenty years. We love it and we are looking for tenants who will love it and take care of it like we did.
It is currently being redecorated but will be available for viewings from July 14th. And available to occupy at the end of August (we move out on August 21st).
The heating bill is included in the rent for now as it is currently unmetered, although it might be metered at some time in the future at which we will reduce the rent. Other bills are to be paid by the tenant. The council tax is £149 per month (without discounts). Water is approx £50 per month, Thames Water say they can't fit a meter so this is a fixed charge. There is no gas to the property - cooking and hot water is electric and currently paying £30 a month for that using Octopus Agile.
