    The company was first formed in 1990 by the late Henry Adams, who had previously been a partner of another local independent firm, and who had worked alongside many of the farmers in the area for many years. Henry conducted livestock auctions in Chichester as long ago as the 1960's, and brought with him a huge wealth of experience. Pictured are the details of the first property we ever sold. Now with a network of offices across Sussex and into Hampshire and Surrey, we have grown into one of the leading multi discipline firms of estate agents and chartered surveyors in the region.

    Michael is Director of lettings for the Petersfield and Haslemere offices and has over 18 years experience within the lettings industry. Michael is responsible for the day to day running of the lettings and property management department. Michael is ARLA qualified.

    Siobhan Merrett BSc (Hons) Lettings Manager
    Siobhan is the Lettings Manager for our busy Petersfield office. Siobhan is a vital member of our team and has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the sales and lettings market in Petersfield and has been working as an agent in the town for over 17 years. Her role is to primarily look after all potential new landlords conducting market appraisals and also looking after our busy database of tenants.
