When I made an initial enquiry with Bilal by phone he took the time to give me practical and accurate information and provided me with a set of realistic expectations in terms of tenants, rental level and other such details. Hakan, I have taken a while to provide some feedback, however, this does mean that my positive view of the tenants has been re-enforced over the past three months. I chose haart because I had a good experience several years ago with the Estate Agency side of the business. There are several competitors in the area but I felt more comfortable dealing with an established letting agent. I was pleased in the introductory meeting, that your services offered were clearly explained and set out in writing, so it was a very easy decision to use haart as a letting agent. The communications on the phone and in person were responsive and highly professional at all times. I was impressed with the marketing of the property on the website and Rightmove because this generated a lot of interest. Four prospective tenants saw the property on the first viewing day. My expectations were exceeded when and offer was received and accepted on the same day, so credit is due for your ability to find the right tenants to meet my high standards. The tenants have been there for three months and they have settled in very well. As first time landlords we were quite anxious about the process, but the haart lettings team put us at ease and were happy to take the time to explain all the steps involved in renting out a property. My family and I sought to rent out our property in East Ham and opted to contact haart as the company is a recognised and reputable one. We were pleased by the prompt and regular contact received from Hakan and others at the East Ham branch both via telephone and e-mail and due to this and reasonable prices, we were happy for haart to proceed with finding tenants. haart found tenants for us within good time, however due to reference delays the tenants were unable to move in. We did have to wait for more suitable tenants to be found, but this process was quicker than expected and all references were obtained for these. Since our tenants have moved in, we have been able to contact Hakan for advice on various services such as double glazing companies and have received prompt responses. I found the whole experience very, very good. The person who showed me round the house was very patient, good and considerate given that I was in a quite traumatic situation. Everything was explained very clearly to me and I was shown empathy to my situation. Communication was excellent and very courteous. Working as a manager I did find Iyub to be an excellent customer service representative with a fantastic manner and humour. Although he is a young man that I would employ at any time if I was looking for someone. Over all, you offer a service that I would happily refer people to.

The service provided was certainly of a professional level. Emails and phone calls were always promptly dealt with. My property was promptly put on the market a day after photographs were taken and viewings started very soon after. It has now been nearly two months since the tenants moved in and there seems to be no issues. Some of the services offered where certainly at a premium, such as the EPC certificate as well as the inventory of stock taken but when you are in a rush to put the property on the market. Overall, a very good service. Thanks to Hakan especially for this efforts.
