I recently put my property in Ealing on the market to let. I put the property on with haart and another local agent. Mo certainly outperformed the other agent, he kept me up to date with stats, suggested when a lower rental price would be appropriate, and generally kept me informed on a regular basis. Although the renting eventually went to a client from the other agency it certainly wasn't for trying on Mo's part; he lined up several potential clients for renting but I rejected them as I was looking for a young couple which the other agency lucked in with. I've told Mo that when the current tenancy agreement ends I will be back in touch with him for him to represent me next time; he has an easy going manner while mastering all the nuances of his profession, I would certainly recommend him.

We would just like to thank Poonam for all her help and prompt replies to our emails and phone calls.We moved in to our new property on Friday evening, but noticed that were a few things that were not done. We called the office but Poonam had gone home for the evening, when she came back in to work on Saturday morning, before we even spoke to her she had already discussed with the landlord the areas that needed addressing. Poonam arranged for cleaners to come round on Saturday in order for us to move in properly that afternoon.
