    Back in 2012, an 18 year old Joshua made the questionable decision to become an estate agent. His 10 year goals included, learning to drive, going from a negotiator to a valuer & then from a valuer to a director. For some, these goals may have given the impression Josh was living in a dream world, little did they know, Josh's determination and tenacity was going to make sure he got where he wanted to be. Ten years on, he's now a Dad to two gorgeous little boys and although these two definitely weren't on his ten year goal list, he couldn't be happier to have them and he's just become director of our North Swindon branch. Having worked all over Swindon, his knowledge and experience of moving people is second to none and you'd struggle to find someone who knows Swindon and the surrounding areas like he does. In fact, he knows it so well that if an economic disaster struck, he could become a taxi driver. Anyway, take it from us, that if you have a house to sell, he really is your man. Your goals become his goals and as you can see, he'll make sure you achieve them all.

    Beau is hard-working, kind-hearted and very personable - all perfect traits for her role at Richard James as Office Co-Ordinator, where you'll find her managing paperwork, organising the team diary and booking appointments! She's even been titled 'designated coffee maker/birthday present buyer' so, be sure to keep her sweet or you could end up with something a little bit sour! When she's not in the office, this sporty spice loves to go to the gym and can usually be found spending quality time with her friends and family. We almost forgot, this 'Golden' 'Woman' is utterly obsessed with a certain 'Sweet Creature' - do you have any guesses?

    Isobel Bowles - Sales Valuer/Negotiator
    Izzy does it all - From valuing properties to conducting viewings! And she knows a thing or two about the local area too because she was born and raised in Swindon. When she's not at work, you'll find Izzy in the gym, but it's all about balance, right? So, nothing is stopping her from following up a sweaty gym-sesh with a takeaway and a night on the sofa, watching a film! Luckily for the clients who have the pleasure of dealing with Izzy, her bubbly personality, drive to help people move and honesty means she's very good at making dreams come true.

    Rocky, while easily having the coolest name in the office, is a self-admitted chatter box. He enjoys nothing more than having a good chinwag with his clients to get to know them and build relationships so he can find the property that's perfect for them. When he's not in the office, you won't find him sitting still - he's got far too much energy for that! Instead, you're more than likely to find him down the golf course whittling down his handicap (he's already in single figures) or out socialising.

    Claire joined Richard James with over 20 years of experience in the world of estate agency, with the main objective of making the whole selling/buying experience as smooth as possible for all of her clients.
