    Having worked in sales and marketing since 1989 Paul has gathered an immense amount of knowledge and experience relating to the service industry over the years. Paul spent his early career working for large corporations before setting up his own businesses, including Northwood Eastbourne in 2008, Northwood Hastings in 2012 and Northwood Brighton 2016. "My belief is, if we get customer service right the business will always follow.     Kay Smith - Office Manager
    Kay originally started her working life in banking but after several years made the move to work for an independent letting agency in East Grinstead. She moved to East Sussex in 1999 and after having her children she returned to work where she managed the letting department in one of Eastbourne's corporate letting agencies for 4 years, afterwards she managed a large independent letting agent also in Eastbourne; during this time she appeared on TV's Homes under the Hammer. In 2006 she made the move to set up her own letting agency and in 2009 K Lettings Ltd t/a masonbryant lettings was born, which she ran for 14 years until February 2023 when they merged with Northwood. She has over 25 years of letting experience and loves everything that lettings brings, every day is different! In lettings, we get to build long-term relationships with our clients and tenants, some of which she has worked with for over 20 years. She loves returning custom and is something she is very passionate about.

    Chris started his working life as a French polisher (which he did for 24 years) and has worked in the lettings business part-time alongside his painting and decorating business until 2019. He, therefore, has an eye for detail and enjoys carrying out routine inspections and advising our clients when work is needed. He has over 15 years of lettings experience having joined his wife Kay running K Lettings Ltd t/a masonbryant. During this time he attended various letting courses, making sure he was as knowledgeable as he could be.
