    Alex has been with Lawson Rose since 2016 and after heading up the successful sales side of the business for a number of those years he has recently taken on the role in growing the already flourishing lettings department. Having previously worked within a lettings role at a well established independent agency Alex was the trusted and obvious choice to take the lettings team forward. Alex enjoys home life in Waterlooville and can often been found up an extremely steep hill enjoying time on his trial bike!     Ana joined the Lawson Rose Lettings team in the summer of 2023 having previously worked for a well-established and respected independent Agency throughout the region of Hampshire. Benefiting in having more than 5 years' experience in property management, Ana's relaxed and calm approach to the day-to-day problems and maintenance issues is a breath of fresh air within the busy office environment. Prior to her time in the industry, Ana spent many happy years in senior position within Hospitality , working at a hotel in Southsea, where customer service was of the upmost importance. Whether you be a landlord client, or a Lawson Rose tenant, Ana shows willingness above and beyond to resolve any situation that may arise throughout the tenancy. Ana has been a fantastic fit for Lawson Rose and more importantly the lettings department which continues to see growth and progression.
