        I bought, rented and now sold my flat via Chase Evans. The sale was managed by Mr. Simon Rowe. First of all they offered me the loyalty discount and I think they offered a very competitive contract. They valued my flat inline with my expectations. They found the buyer in only one week. So in one week the sale agreement was done. However, I had to accept the offer which was ~1.5% less than my target value. I think again in the given financially fluctuating circumstances, ~1.5% excursion can be acceptable. Although they went live with really good photos and videos in all of the digital ad platforms; they found the buyer from their investors pool. So I think they have a good direct and indirect network among the investors. They were very transparent throughout the process and put the emphasis when needed by effective and efficient communication.
